Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. All prices are in Euro and inclusive of VAT (in EU countries) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice to you. We will take all care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

Backorders
Backordered items cannot be shipped at the time an order is placed, but will ship at a later date. When a backordered item is selected, we will provide you with an approximate shipping date. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change. If you have selected an item that is on backorder, you have the option to order it, or select an alternate size or color if available.
If using a Credit Card, you will be charged for your backordered merchandise at time of order

Payment methods
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and iDeal (only for The Netherlands).
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the time that your order is accepted by Cinnamonn. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Cinnamonn, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

Shipment methods
We offer 2 types of shipments.
- through Dutch TNT Post, by registered mail. Your signature is requested for receipt. Transit time between 5-14 days depending on destination.
- through courier economy/standard service (UPS) Transit time between 2 to 5 days, depending on destination. USA, Japan, Australia, Canada, China express saver service (1-3 days)

Cinnamonn cannot be held responsible for delay due to forces beyond our control.

Delivery address may differ from invoice address, i.e. office address or address of another person.

Insurance
Your purchase will be insured during transit until it's delivered to you.

Returns
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your goods or need to exchange an item for a different size, you may return your order within 8 days following the date of the good's reception.
The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and attachments. All accurately returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card excluding taxes, duties and shipping costs. We do not offer store credits.
New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on details. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser by registered mail post. Cinnamonn is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. In order to receive a refund to your credit card, you must abide by sending an email to customerservice@cinnamonn.com, indicating product, invoice number and date of receipt. We will proceed in sending you a return form with all necessary steps to be undertaken.

Please note that the shipment costs to return the goods are at your charge. Cinnamonn does not take responsibility of your return shipment, so we suggest to send the goods by registered mail shipment.

Products
The colors of the products on this site are as accurately as possible. However, the display of colors depends on the user's monitor. We cannot be held responsible for a different color image.

Disclaimer
Cinnamonn reserves the right to withdraw any content (text, photographs, video, audio or graphics) from this website at any time and for any reason. Removal may be immediate and without notice. You agree that Cinnamonn is not liable to you or any third party for any such withdrawal.

Cinnamonn reserves the right to make changes to this policy, notably in line with any revised legislation. Please check back from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of our site will signify your acceptances of these changes.

Governing law
Cinnamonn will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
