Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your goods or need to exchange an item for a different size, you may return your order within 8 days following the date of the good's reception.
The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and attachments. All accurately returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card excluding taxes, duties and shipping costs. We do not offer store credits.
New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on details. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser by registered mail post. Cinnamonn is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. In order to receive a refund to your credit card, you must abide by sending an email to customerservice@cinnamonn.com, indicating product, invoice number and date of receipt. We will proceed in sending you a return form with all necessary steps to be undertaken.
Please note that the shipment costs to return the goods are at your charge. Cinnamonn does not take responsibility of your return shipment, so we suggest to send the goods by registered mail shipment.
