ITEM AVAILABILITY
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of the items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products/sizes.
If an item is out of stock, you can chose a back-order option.
If you have selected an item that is on backorder, you have the option to order it, or select an alternate size or color if available.
Back-ordered items cannot be shipped at the time an order is placed, but will ship at a later date. When a backordered item is selected, we will provide you with an approximate shipping date. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change.
You will be charged for your backordered merchandise as well as shipment costs at time of ordering.
PRICES
Our prices are nett prices (in the EU incl. 19% VAT). Outside EU taxes will have to be paid once you receive your package through Fedex/UPS.
SECURE ORDERING
To guarantee that your order is secure and to protect your privacy, Cinnamonn employs Secure Sockets Layer v3 (SSL) utilizing 128 bit encryption. Once Cinnamonn receives your order, it is decoded and processed.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order-confirmation. In addition, we will send you an e-mail once your order is shipped. In case of a courier shipment, the tracking number will be given.
ORDER MODIFICATION
Please be advised that once an order has been placed, it's not possible to make modifications to the order, including cancellations.
ORDER SHIPPING
Your order, once accepted, will be shipped within 3 working days. We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the delivery / billing address was verified. Cinnamonn ships either through TNT Dutch Post with registered mail, signing for acceptance or UPS.
Please find shipping costs hereunder. Below mentioned prices are inclusive of 19% V.A.T. (for deliveries to EU countries)

Shipping address different from billing address
We offer the possibility of shipping to a different address than the billing address. That service is available only within EU.
Please note however that we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes.
Import duties, customs fees, taxes
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees (outside EU), which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Why registering?
You only need to register on our site if you are making a purchase. By registering, you are creating an account that only you may access. You have access to your account by entering your e-mail address and a password you created. Only you can access this information. If you are signed up on our mailing-list, this does not mean you are registered.
